Mar 20, 2020 · It is probably something with the technology used by T-mobile which is not compatible with some galaxy models. I checked on a few phone and on one galaxy model it does work fine but on note 3 and s5 it gives the same issue: 5-10% signals or ‘not registered on network’. Samsung and T-Mobile should work together to solve this issue otherwise
